Product information

We aim to describe products, editions, languages, conditions, grades and contents accurately. Read each listing carefully, including whether an item is sealed, opened, graded, or a single card. Images are illustrative where stated, and minor packaging or printing differences may occur.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before purchase. Payment must be authorised and accepted before an order is processed. If a clear pricing or listing error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it appropriately.

Orders and availability

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund payments taken for unavailable items. We may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases of clear listing errors or suspected fraud.

Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or in our delivery information. Estimates are not guarantees. Please ensure your address is accurate and contact us if an order appears lost, delayed, damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Returns, cancellations and faulty goods

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to request a return. Nothing in these terms removes statutory cancellation rights or rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

Trading cards and collectibles

Please review listings for condition, grading and whether packaging is sealed. We do not guarantee future resale values, market prices, investment returns or the contents of randomised products beyond the manufacturer's stated product details.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, submit fraudulent orders or use its content unlawfully. Website content, branding and original materials may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Consumer rights and remedies under applicable law remain unaffected.

Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will not remove rights applying to an order already placed. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
